Clients want data planning presented in a way they can understand
We make sense of data
Mention the word data to most clients and you tend to get one of two reactions – fear or boredom. Data is often up there with a trip to the dentist; you know it’s important but you don’t like going there. You hear talk of data people being ‘pointy heads’ and doing ‘clever stuff that nobody understands’.
So we set up The Data People at the beginning of 2009 to help clients make sense of data. We champion simplicity, turning the complexity of data into something that clients can understand and see the benefit of. We are marketing people first and data planners second so we always start with the business issues first and make sure the work we are doing is aligned to a client’s objectives.
As independent consultants we have nothing to sell apart from our time. This means we make unbiased recommendations with regards to solutions and third party providers.
We are part of the Journey Group of companies. The Journey Group is comprised of a number of customer-focussed consultancies covering areas such as change management, insight and research.
